2-year warranty, intimate warranty without worry!


We offer a 2-year warranty on our products (bulbs not included) . No matter what problems you encounter in the process,please send the pictures and describe the problem you are experiencing to support@rilicospace.com.

we must reply within 24 hours to give you a satisfactory solution. During the warranty period, if it is a problem of accessories, we will express free replacement, you will get the new accessories within 1-2 weeks; if it is a circuit problem, our engineers will solve it for you within 1-2 working days. Be sure to have a professional electrician install the product to ensure normal operation.


However, please note that cases not covered by the warranty policy (such as improper use, man-made damage or natural disasters) require you to bear the repair costs.

 

The only manufacturer technical support, we will still provide you with technical support after the warranty period, but you need to pay the cost of replacement and technical support. Our goal is to let you experience the best product quality and service.
